Postpartum and newborn care

I offer a range of services to support you in your postpartum journey. These include newborn care and newborn education. To provide you with the knowledge and confidence to care for your precious little one. I am also offer emotional support, ensuring that you feel heard, understood, and validated as you adjust to your new roles as parents.

PACKAGES

Just the Start:

  • Open text policy

  • Birth basics Birth Class

  • 2 Prenatal Appointments:

    • One discussing the birth plan

    • The next going over different comfort measures and ways your partner can best help facilitate labor

  • Birth Doula Support:

    • Virtual or in-person

  • Two 10-hour nights or Five 4-hour days (provided during the first week home)

I’ll take everything:

  • Open Text Policy: Ongoing communication for any questions or concerns throughout your journey.

  • Twenty 30-Minute Calls: Scheduled over 20 weeks to provide support and information as needed.

  • All-Encompassing Birth Everything Class: Comprehensive preparation for all aspects of birth.

  • Newborn Care Class: Essential knowledge and skills for caring for your newborn.

  • 2 Prenatal Appointments:

    • First Appointment: Discussing your birth plan to align on preferences and expectations.

    • Second Appointment: Reviewing comfort measures and strategies for your partner to assist during labor.

  • Birth Doula Support: Available both virtually and in-person to provide continuous support.

  • Twenty 10-Hour Night Shifts: Scheduled to be used by 5 weeks postpartum to assist with nighttime care and support.

newborn care class

This is a 2 hour class taught in-person or Virtually in your home . This newborn care class will cover: How to hold baby, how to dress baby, how to bathe baby, Safe sleep and sleep hygene, infant feeding modalities, infant diapering modalities and much more. All tailored to your families specific needs .

Birth doula support

You are added to my personal text and email support list at contract signing. One prenatal appointment, in-person or virtual, to discuss birth preferences. One prenatal appointment to discuss comfort measures and your birth partners involvement. On call and ready for your labor 37 weeks on.

birth class

A 4 Hour in-depth class covering all aspects of a hospital or home birth. This class is taught in your home(in person or virtually over zoom). will cover phases of labor, pain management and options, and go over normal procedures performed

before and after birth

I also offer a 9 hour class taught over the course of 2 days. This class will provide you with all the information above, while going more in-depth into the why, as well as pros and cons of all things labor and delivery.
